For families traveling with young children, a Pack ’n Play is available for guest use. 

Guests have access to the entire home, which includes the primary living areas, kitchen, dining space, bathroom(s), and designated bedroom(s). The first level offers step-free entry and circulation within the main living areas plus two bedrooms and bathrooms and may be suitable for guests who use mobility aids or who prefer to avoid stairs.

SECURITY & WiFi

The Property uses WiFi-enabled smart locks to provide secure, keyless entry. Each reservation receives a unique access code that activates at check-in and deactivates at check-out. For safety and security purposes, the WiFi router, smart locks, and related equipment must not be unplugged, disabled, altered, or tampered with at any time. Free, password-protected WiFi access is available on the property. 

PARKING

On-site parking is available, with space to accommodate multiple vehicles in designated parking areas. All vehicles must be parked responsibly and in accordance with posted instructions and local regulations.

THINGS TO DO

S'more & Shores is peaceful and unplugged, yet close to the Itasca-area trails for more adventure, local golf courses to sink a few putts, go karts & mini golf fun for the kids, and downtown Park Rapids with restaurants, shopping, and local activities.

 

  

   

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, CHECK IN/CHECK OUT, HOUSE RULES

Guests of S'mores & Shores acknowledge that the Property includes inherent risks associated with residential, outdoor, and recreational use, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, stairs, decks, docks, weather conditions, water access, and natural surroundings. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with use of the Property and agrees that Owner shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to persons or property, except to the extent caused by Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct as required by law. Guest further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Owner from any claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from Guest’s use of the Property, including the actions of all members of Guest’s party.

No smoking inside the home (vape included) and use of illegal drugs or illegal substances on the property is forbidden. 

A rental agreement will need to be read and signed before arrival. Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will immediately cancel the reservation without a refund, if not received 24 hours before arrival. 

Check-in is at 4:00 pm prompt, unless discussed before. Check-out is 10:00 am.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. While we have designated quiet hours, it's important to note that this doesn't confine you indoors. Rather, it's a gentle reminder to maintain respectful voices and consideration for those around us.
